So I have American home shield. They sent this contractor to repair my dryer. They did a video consult first and determined a bearing issue. Ordered parts, scheduled, came and installed parts. Tech Saud he needed another part. Ok part ordered, scheduled and installed. Tech leaves without saying a word to me. I try dryer and now no power.call the office they have no clue and can't get in touch w tech. Ask to speak w Mgr. She's in a meeting and will call you back. Monday morning I call to follow up. Oh tech-savvy notes say he ordered another part. Wait almost 2 weeks, follow up and get story of parts sent here and there you should receive by the 20th. Miraculously the...read full review

Great service. Our repair tech Nathan who serves the Philadelphia area was great. He fixed our clothes dryer so quickly, and even stached it on top of the washer for us. He explained everything and gave great recommendations to prevent the same problem from occurring again. I highly recommend!
