I manage 80 apartments and trust any technician they send me. The technicians go above and beyond for me and always have for the last 19 years. You will be an absolute fool not to use this company. Cody came here for a clogged sink drain the day before Thanksgiving. He was punctual. The company notified me prior to arriving. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue. He was honest and didn't have to snake the line, even though he could have lied and did it anyway to charge more for the service. Would recommend.

I had a mysterious odor in my house for months - I had plumbers come out, HVAC people, had a full duct cleaning/sanitizing and nothing was helping. Cody from A General meticulously went through all the possible causes and went absolutely above and beyond to find a leak in my main sewer pipe in an area of my crawl space that isn’t very accessible to inspect. He gave me his first possible appointment to get the problem remedied and got into that incredibly tight spot and made the necessary repair. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he worked very efficiently and cleanly. I am a repeat customer of this business and I’ll never use another plumber again!
