“I am usually not bound to any one salon or stylist, when I need a haircut I need it NOW and I just find the next open appointment anywhere nearby that has online booking! That’s how I found Talc, and the bonus is it’s right around the corner from my office. But the cuts I have gotten here really are my favorite that I’ve ever gotten, the owner is very talented considering face shape. And their customer service is above and beyond—I left a pair of earrings there that I love and then went away for a month and admittedly hadn’t thought of them when I returned. During the workday someone enters our office—it is one of the assistants from the salon with my earrings in tow! I am so appreciative of this extra care!“

“so i came in here for the first time today. riddled with anxiety. i have always had people cut my curls like its straight. it was nice to be somewhere where they knew how to take care of my hair. my appointment was with lexi, she listened to me about what i wanted and advised I wait to get my hair cut since i want it longer and my hair is in an awkward phase from so many bad haircuts in the past. she gave me great styling tips and styled my curls so perfectly! I really appreciated her honesty she really knows her stuff! Melissa was able to offer me her professional opinion in a positive way, and she was able to add dimension to my hair without making the highlights feel too light or obvious. “A few months ago my mother and I had to find a new hair salon since our previous hairstylist was not available. Curl up & dye was right around the corner so we gave them a try, my first haircut was ok I was not impressed, it was incredibly choppy and my hair had “wings” then again my hair is semi wavy and everyone doesn’t know how to cut wavy textured hair. When my mom made her appointment she made her appointment with Silvana, I couldn’t believe how stunning my mom’s hair looked! I waited for my hair to grow out a little to get another haircut with Silvana and I’m absolutely in love with my hair!!!! I have waves in my hair that I’ve never seen before, I enjoy doing my hair now, I just love it! She also gave me advice about my wavy hair to make my waves pop more, she was very informed on wavy hair which I appreciated. Our previous hairstylist got back to us recently but Silvana did such a fantastic job she got herself 2 more new clients! Place was also clean, everyone was kind and professional! And the prices were affordable.“
