Not only was making an appointment so easy (especially days before Christmas!) but they kept in touch before our appointment and called an hour before arrival. Darren (the New York Darren!) was so professional, informative and did a thorough job with each plumbing issue we had. He was respectful to our home and was honest and open with all of our plumbing issues and needs. I felt comfortable with the jobs done. They are fair in what they charge and successfully fixed our issues quickly. “We cannot praise AJ Perri enough for the sewer line service they provided us today,on a Sunday morning, truly helpful in every way…at 10PM last night we realized we had a sewer blockage, which has happened frequently over the years. Not only was I able to easily speak with a helpful,representative, but I was able to set up a confirmed appointment,, for this morning, which I had not been been able to do with other plumbers that I tried to reach. The technician who serviced our sewer, Byron Soto, was exceptional in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful, he took his time, repeatedly running the machine to make sure that the lines were clear. And he scheduled a folllow-up visit in 2 weeks, to check to see if there will be any quick buildup. All of this was included in the special $93 rate, no hidden costs or attempts to convince us to have some sort of service “ contract”. We now have a new , reliable source for plumbing issues.“
