If I could give no stars, that would be my rating. The chillwell purchased is a joke and I think this company is a total scam. It took me multiple e-mails, calls to both this company and my credit card company to receive a partial credit and it took 7 months to resolve. I don't recommend anyone purchase anything from this customer. Also, I think they post false claims of how wonderful the products are on the internet. Total scam.
Bought 4 of these and put them on my fence about a year ago 3 of them quit a couple of months ago, so I called there corporate office and they said they were discontinued and out of stock, junk Don't buy of Ever Brite products Distributed by Ontel Products corporation
I PURCASHED A SPIN TRAY FOR HARD TO REACH AREAS . I ASSEMBELED IT AND FOUND PARTS MISSING , TYHE SUCTION CUPS THAT HOLD IT SO ONE CAN SPIN IT, PREHAPS THEY WILL REPLACE THEM , WE WILL SEE,
