UPDATE: After nearly a year of trying to fight it directly with them and through Capital One, we filed a dispute through the Better Business Bureau. My wife was just contacted this morning by someone at this company who did offer to refund us our money if we send in the tags and cut out a 12x12" piece of the top of the mattress and send that to them as well. We'll be doing that right away so hopefully we'll receive our refund soon but we'll continue to update.Absolute scumbag company that has somehow managed to get big name companies to lend them their brand names for marketing products that are falsely advertised. Absolute scumbag company that has somehow managed to get big name companies to lend them their brand names for marketing products that are falsely advertised. My wife ordered us a Ritz Carlton "exclusive" king mattress that they imply/advertise is the ONLY mattress used in Ritz Carlton properties because I had stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota Florida and had 3 of the best nights sleep I had in a long time. After we received the mattress it was immediately evident that the mattress we received was definitely not the same as the one used at the hotel. I had called them about an issue with an order I placed. In less than 5 minutes on the phone it was resolved and they issued me a replacement item free of charge and told me to dispose of the old one. I'm not sure what happened to the people in the other reviews listed because I experienced nothing but very fast easy customer service. Thank you and I will be purchasing from you again
