Based on the reviews, Fitz's Fish Ponds offers incredible service and a great selection of plants and koi fish. The staff, including Wlodek, Kelly, Jon, Nick, Marshall, Mauricio, Travis, Jorden, and Marrico, are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about helping customers. They provide genuinely useful advice and take real time with customers. The team is professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful, working efficiently and keeping customers informed. They do an awesome job cleaning ponds, opening them for the season, and getting them running beautifully. The water testing is thorough, and the koi are healthy, beautiful, and clearly well cared for. The team does not rush the job, repeating the process until the pond is perfect and crystal clear. They neatly fold nets, organize poles, and put away equipment like de-icers in the shed without being asked. Customers are very satisfied and will definitely be coming back again for all their pond needs.
I have been using Fitz Fish Ponds for all things related to my pond (cleanings, repairs, supplies, etc) for the past 8 years. They have an incredible amount of knowledge and always act in the best interest of their customers. Today was the perfect example because in my mind I needed a new pump and they came up with a repair solution to fix the issue for a very minimal price. Thank you to Jon and Nick for helping me out!
Long time customer of Fitz’s Fish Ponds in Greenbrook, but my first visit to the Fairfield store today. Needed a new pond liner (smaller piece for stream bed). This store is really stocked and organized with every conceivable pond build and maintenance part. And of course amazing Koi selection, plants, food etc. I met Jon, the retail representative. Super friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs.
Very good experience. Fitz’s continues to impress with a nice customer service vibe as it is expanding. Greenbrook always excellent as well. They recommended Fairfield as having the product options in stock, so that’s why I visited there..
Kelly is a wonderfully patient and knowledgeable on providing guidance on our pond. We are new pond owners from a home we just purchased and have no prior experience. When we arrive we always ask for Kelly. Seek her out if you need help!
