The water testing is thorough, and the koi are healthy, beautiful, and clearly well cared for. The team does not rush the job, repeating the process until the pond is perfect and crystal clear. They neatly fold nets, organize poles, and put away equipment like de-icers in the shed without being asked. Customers are very satisfied and will definitely be coming back again for all their pond needs.
