Dr. Plucknett is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Her staff is well trained and professional, and Dr. Puckett is always willing to answer questions and return calls or emails in a timely manner. I am very grateful for the excellent care, service, and support this office provides.

I have been seven with BodyLogic. There are pros and cons to this network. I am very pleased with my doctor; however, there was a constant miscommunication with and within the supplement department. They did not have a system but an online shop and a patient portal. Every time the doctor sent in an order, it automatically turned on the automatic reorders, which sent me bottle after bottle before I had even finished my current bottle. I was very frustrated for a few years until they explained the above.
