So Medicare & Dr John has been my primary care for just about 30 years, so yes, I am a fan. It was also my husband's primary care. The doctors and staff are all 5 stars. Medicare is professional & the entire staff is responsive. If you have a question or don't understand something, they got your back. When I get my blood work back from the lab, I get an alert to check the patient portal. If I have any questions regarding the results, I will send a message via the portal, and I always get a response.
