We cannot praise AJ Perri enough for the sewer line service they provided us today,on a Sunday morning, truly helpful in every way…at 10PM last night we realized we had a sewer blockage, which has happened frequently over the years. Not only was I able to easily speak with a helpful,representative, but I was able to set up a confirmed appointment,, for this morning, which I had not been been able to do with other plumbers that I tried to reach. The technician who serviced our sewer, Byron Soto, was exceptional in every way. The plumber who came was very well spoken and polite. This young man was very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. Not only the problem but also the solution and the costs were clearly and thoroughly explained. The charge was very fair for the amount of work and equipment used along with purchase of a new macerator pump for my basement
