I make my appointments always with Lisa. We have no communication issue. She knows how much time to allow. There are circumstances caused by clients who show up late or don't show at all or demand attention immediately. I have a 2nd choice for pedi who is part time but I'd much prefer all services to be with Lisa the same appointment.

I want to say that Hannah is wonderful I go to see her faithfully every two weeks.. unless my job ? she always has a smile you can tell by her eyes(mask)lol and customer service is a+10 she always comes three with the design I ask of her I love it thank you Hannah..❤️Services: Gel manicures

Lisa is very rude. Always telling me “relax, relax” with an attitude. Someone needs to check her. When her other clients come in, she is nice to them but not me, it’s giving racist. As I was walking out, she was talking about me to her other client don’t do that say it to my face. I don’t want to go back to her, I tried to be nice but she kept giving me the cold shoulder. So when I gave her an attitude back it was a problem. Please tell her she needs to be more kind to her clients, especially the ones she never had before because she leaves a bad taste in their mouth.
