I went in for Botox on my forehead after being told that a Botox brand product would be used. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I’ve had Botox several times before, but this experience felt very different from my previous ones. After the procedure, my eyebrows appeared lower than before, which gave my face a tired and sad expression. The lines between my brows and above my eyebrows also did not improve as much as I had expected.
About 15 days later, I returned for a follow-up appointment to discuss my concerns. I explained that I was unhappy with the outcome and shared how disappointed I felt. During the conversation, the doctor mentioned that my forehead looked “frozen,” but for me the main concern was that my brows no longer looked lifted and the overall result did not match my expectations.
The doctor also said, “I’ll fix it, but next time you should go somewhere else,” which I personally did not find to be a very professional or reassuring response during a situation where I was already feeling upset about the results.
Although an adjustment was discussed, I personally did not notice much improvement afterward. Overall, I was not satisfied with the final result and did not feel comfortable with the change in my facial expression. This was simply my personal experience, and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations.

Rebekah is a magician. I went for microneedling for under eye bags and after just one session I have seen such a difference. Just had my second session today. Will post more pictures after my 3rd and final. She has shaved years off my life. I will be returning for any other cosmetic needs I may have. The office is clean and comfy, and the staff is amazing. They all truly care about your results more than money or anything. If you are thinking about it, DO IT!!! But for BEST results, do it here at Plaza Health and Wellness. I had such a great experience with Rebecca for my PRP microneedling. She’s really sweet and makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s super easy to talk to and really takes the time to listen, which I appreciated so much. What I liked most is that she’s actually honest. She looked at my skin and gave me accurate advice and that I only really needed one more session instead of trying to get me to come back all the time, which I really respected. Got botox there. Dr. B is great and I will go back for more services. They took me the same day, affordable price and good service. In and out within 20 minutes. He explained everything well and clear. They never call back for touch up and the Botox lasted 3 weeks… which is very not normal… probably he over diluted the Botox so he can sell it for that price… left 2 voicemail and sent a DM and they promise me a call back which never happened!

I had an IV Vitamin infusion at PLAZA Health and Wellness Center, and it was honestly one of the best wellness experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and completely taken care of.
Dr. Batarseh explained everything, made sure I was relaxed, and customized the drip based on what I needed. It was the boost my body needed. The next day, I felt even better, like my system had totally reset.
If you’ve been thinking about trying an IV infusion, I can’t recommend PLAZA Health and Wellness Center enough. I’ll definitely be back!
