This was our first visit with our little budgie named chirpy. She’s afraid of everyone. However, when Dr. E held her she was so calm. He has a wonderful connection with animals. He is kind and gives you choices through his recommendations of how to help your pet. Dr. E called back several times the days following our visit to check on chirpy and her progress. The staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend taking your loved pet to this clinic. Thank you, Dr. E and everyone in your office.
I love this place. I’ve been bringing my cat here since the pandemic, when he developed an ear infection (otitis). They took great care of him, followed up consistently, and I was able to stay in direct contact with the vet through messages and photos to monitor his recovery, which I really appreciated.
Recently, I brought him back for his vaccinations, and the experience was just as great. The assistants are very patient, kind, and know exactly how to handle animals to keep them calm, even when my cat can be aggressive. You can tell they truly care about pets and have a lot of experience. I highly recommend this place.
Sassy had ER visit and we received temporary care and we went Lincoln Ave Cat and Dog Hospital for follow up care and received a solid treatment plan w amazing results for a severe skin condition. Not miserable or itchy and on her way to healing and on her way to long term care. Great doctor! Great service and staff and free hot chocolate! They suggested affordable pet insurance and explained how it works and were very helpful and worked with me to understand expenses and save as much as possible. Worked w me to plan for long term expenses. Did not suggest any unnecessary expenses.
