Gary came and fixed the problem my new faucet i bought didn’t fit in the space of the old one but he got the tools and drilled and now everything is new and working

Intact did a great job promptly replacing our water heater when it burst. We left a message overnight, and they were there the next morning to inspect and remove the old water heater. The new water heater was installed by early that afternoon. Intact's prompt and friendly service in an emergency was greatly appreciated and we highly recommend them.

Intact plumbing and heating is such a wonderful company! Shai came and assessed the issue right away and fixed the problem. We needed to take off part of the siding which the siding company wanted to put back on right away but Shai noticed mold there and was very loyal to our family and told the siding company that it’s not safe and the mold first needs to be removed especially because we have two small kids. I am forever grateful to him for this. Thank you so much Shai!
