The salon is very pretty and clean. The staff are polite. The only negative is that the pedicure foot rests are not padded. They are super hard and my feet were extremely uncomfortable for the entire pedicure. I want to to go back but the foot rests are too hard.

I had a great experience at this new location today! I have gone to the River Road location for a few years now so I figured I would try the new location! Jasper did my nails and he did a great job and I was very happy with how they came out. He was quick but did a great job. He was very friendly and focused when doing my nails. Definitely will be back and I will be making an appointment with Jasper. The new location also looks beautiful!! Looks like an expensive spa and it is very clean!

Horrendous customer service, they cut all of my natural nails off without asking so i had to get tips that I was forced to get to be able to have the length I came in with. They proceeded to force me to do acrylic although i wanted dip powder and even told me to "put on a happy face". They then overcharged me and when confronting them about being overcharged the worker/owner got irate and loud, then proceeded to follow us out of the store saying don't come back. this place is disgusting. We were the second person they overcharged that day that they told to leave.
