I love it here! The staff and the whole yoga experience is great. My favorite part is when I walk through the doors I am greeted by name. I am a beginner (so there is plenty to still learn), but I am so glad I get to learn at Empower. :)
I was nervous to try hot yoga, but the staff and clients at empower are all so welcoming and supportive. I have enjoyed every class I have ever taken and I keep coming back for more. Thank you Empower Yoga!
I love love love this place. I started practicing for the first time in February 2023 and Empower welcomed me with open arms. I've tried classes with a variety of instructors and at various times and each one has been a rewarding and, as the name would suggest, EMPOWERING experience. Couldn't be happier with this place!
