“Hello. My name is Dave. This last week, my family had an electrical issue at our house that caused us to call 911. The firefighters isolated the situation and told us to call an electrician. Michael Ross got out that day. It was a ceiling fan with a burnt out motor and all else looked good. With the ceiling fan replacement we added recessed lighting. Alex and his apprentice Damien showed up 2 days later to do the work. From opening the door for our first greeting to completion 4 hours later, outstanding. Communication was great. They measured and marked everything to let us see what it would look like. Alex is a master of his craft and I could tell he and Damien work very well together. We will be using Michael J. Ross electric again in the near future. We need recessed lighting in every room now. Thanks again for a job well done.“

“I just want to say that Derek is an excellent owner and a stand up guy. He did a great job last September installing our electric for our new inground pool and had another co install the gas line for our pool heater. His price was more than fair. We opened our pool for the first time this year in May and sometime in June the gas line was leaking. He made sure the people who installed the gas line came out immediately and when they found the problem they expected me to pay for it. Derek wasn't going to let that happen.
