“Hello. My name is Dave. This last week, my family had an electrical issue at our house that caused us to call 911. The firefighters isolated the situation and told us to call an electrician. Michael Ross got out that day. It was a ceiling fan with a burnt out motor and all else looked good. With the ceiling fan replacement we added recessed lighting. Alex and his apprentice Damien showed up 2 days later to do the work. From opening the door for our first greeting to completion 4 hours later, outstanding. Communication was great. They measured and marked everything to let us see what it would look like. Alex is a master of his craft and I could tell he and Damien work very well together. We will be using Michael J.
