SHINE Power Yoga is right in my backyard and has given me an A+ experience. Excellent staff, small classes, and amazing instructors - I'll admit - although I do love yoga, I don't attend classes as often as I should. It's something I've been wanting to start implementing in my life more regularly and SHINE Power Yoga is going to be the perfect way for me to do that. A friend found this studio and we'd both heard great things about their other locations. I'd say she and I were similar in that we do attend yoga classes but are not experts by any means. SHINE is an amazing community, everyone is so welcoming and the practices get you where you need to go. Classes are very affordable and there's a wide variety of availability. Highly recommended
