Shr sucks 100% i asked for butterfly locs and i showed her the picture of what i wanted 2 times and it has BOX BRAIDS she made my real hair like I'm gonna put a wig on and she used too much hair and stole my money and lied to me and my mom don't go here she's unprofessional and a scammer and she doesn't know how to braids -0/10 too much attitude and coughing on me she's nasty never come here

Requested a common hairstyle from the owner. Owner claims she could do the style NP. My child's hair was so poorly done we removed it 2 days later. No do over no repairs to fix it. I've given this place 2x to get it together. I will NEVER send anyone here or send my child there. I will be going back to Brooklyn or Harlem to get it done professionally.
