“This place is an absolute gem. Back in 2024, I had a very rough delivery and C-section, and with Mina’s help, my body recovered back to normal. I lost 25 pounds in the first month doing 10 postpartum sessions along with 10 diet detox sessions.

Recently, I unexpectedly had to undergo a laparotomy just one month before my sister’s wedding. Recovery was very difficult, and I decided to reach out to Mina again. She recommended the diet detox program — and wow, she has upgraded everything. More machines, more advanced treatments, and incredible results. She reduced about 90% of my abdominal swelling, and I was able to fit comfortably into my dress again. One important tip: postpartum care and diet detox treatments should be done consistently and close together for the best results. I went 2–3 times a week and saw amazing results. I had friends who spread their sessions out over months and did not experience the same outcome. Timing really matters — start as soon as you’re discharged from the hospital if possible.“
