Norr and John were my heroes. After having already scheduled an appointment at the ubreakit across the street 2 weeks in advance, I walked in to be told they didn't have the parts I reserved. John and Norr saw me on short notice, gave competitive rates, and went above and beyond to go procure the needed parts themselves to ensure a same day fix. Thanks so much!!
