Went in for a consult and I was very pleased with the time Dr. Soto took to explain my options, along with the pros and cons of each, as well as answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable and it was easy to see he has a “patient centered care” approach, which I especially appreciate. I also received the estimate later that day aa promised by Marisela. Overall, an excellent experience.
Dr. Soto is one of the nicest doctors you will ever meet. He is very compassionate and understanding. He will take the time to listen to any concerns you may have. I am very pleased with all the surgeries I have gotten with him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great plastic surgeon. He is truly my favorite doctor.
Excellent care. In my case I needed a detailed explanation of the procedure to be performed. My expectations exceeded on the day of my consultation. Dr Siro took the time to listen carefully and answer all the questions I had. Also the reference desk personal was so helpful by phone and in person . Was a plus they speak Spanish fluently .
