He is a consummate professional, adjusting each workout to suit your goals, taking into consideration any physical limitations you may have. Each workout is varied, fun and geared to achieving your best self. Never boring! Gary has also successfully guided me on the proper nutrition needed as fuel to maintain muscle and lose fat.
