I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Ramirez to everyone. They are always so very helpful to me and helped me pick out my frames (which I get compliments on and would’ve never chosen myself).
If I have a medical issue, they always squeeze me in as soon as they can.

Yes, sometimes I have to wait a little, but this is the case with any place honestly and I always plan for this no matter where I go (hair dresser, other doctors, etc). Otherwise, I can’t express enough how kind and helpful everyone is there.

I've been getting my glasses with then for a few years now. I love how they treat me. I feel like family when I go there. They are so accommodating to my needs and they always make sure I'm 100% satisfied with my glasses or lenses before I leave, if I'm not satisfied they make it right always.
