Called Darian on a Saturday afternoon about a toilet leak. He picked up, asked me to text him a picture of the issue, and came later that day to successfully fix the problem. I tried fixing the issue myself first so was curious about how he'd approach the fix. He happily described what he was doing and gave me the names of the parts he used should I run into an issue again. Great experience and highly recommend.

Darian Martin is excellent. He's helped us with a range of things, like balancing the old steam radiators throughout the house to get the floors more evenly heated, and installing a new boiler almost immediately after the old one broke. He's responsive, friendly, and if you ask he will explain what he's doing so you can learn from him as he works. Thumbs up.
