I am so glad I decided to try this salon, especially having Vicky as my stylist! Booking online was very easy and accommodating. I originally booked at the Union salon, but unfortunately, my assigned hair stylist had to cancel, which was totally understandable. Vicky at the Elizabeth office took me last minute, and when I showed up for my appointment, she was nothing but amazing. The initial "hi" had a great aura and vibe.

It recommended three top salons, and this one really caught my eye. When I called, Isabela (apologies if I misspelled your name) spent nearly 25 minutes listening to my concerns with the utmost patience. Although I initially wanted an appointment in Union, there were none available, so I opted for their Elizabeth location—and I’m so glad I did!

I could say I had a great experience at the hair salon, especially with Vicky who did my first precision haircut. She was very patient with me as I was nervous but she explained everything very well and made sure I understood what was going on and what was about to happen. Also she provided instructions on how to take care of my hair. She's very professional and caring and she makes sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. I just could I was so happy with my new hair... Vicky see you in three months!!!
