Hair coloring experience was nice because the color matched to what I was looking for! One star taken off for their curly hair diffusing technique. Too much touching the hair while diffusing and no brushing in sections before diffusing. This combo results in FRIZZ. Second star taken off due to the salon being so hot that it left me with the choice of not getting a blowout because it was hot. Please fix the air conditioning and your curly hair techniques!
