Used this service a few times beginning during the pandemic and it was great,Clothes always fresh andClean and pick up/delivery wasn’t a problem. First issue after a year was they never picked up my clothes as requested resulting in my laundry sitting outside overnight because I didn’t realize this. All sorts of bugs and critters got into it as it was a summer night. I called and someone responded right away, apologized and said that I had scheduled it too late. The website had an option of pick up between 7-9pm I explained. The representative apologized again, came to Get the clothes. I was originally looking for a laundry service that I could rely on while I was busy completing graduate school and driving an hour one way for work and getting home late in the evening, then the pandemic hit so I decided to continue to use the service. We moved to virtual at work and then I was extremely appreciative that they would come to my home almost an hour away. The problems were that they would come whenever without follow up, I as the customer would have to call to see IF or WHEN they would arrive, yes there were times they didn't come or came very late at night, clothing was lost including items that had sentimental value, and I even often received other... read full review

My clothes came out smelling actually washed and that’s all that matters.UPDATE:I used to really love coming to this laundromat because I like how clean the clothes came out. Especially because it had the cute claw game in the back where you can get the rubber duckies. However, I've always felt uncomfortable there because there would be random people coming through the laundromat (who were not doing laundry there), men would creepily sit in front of the folding table I was at and gawk at me anytime i'd be folding my underwear and often times i've felt my child be unsafe because of the random strangers eyeballing them.
