New to the area thought it was a good idea to give this laundromat a chance. Unfortunately I will
Not be coming back the female worker with black hair is unprofessional , rude and prefer’s to be on the phone instead of doing her job and assisting her customers. I was not the only one with an issue with the machine I was using and she was not trying to help fix the problem. She choose to laugh and brush off our concerns. Management needs to address his employees and their inappropriate behavior at work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. worker was very unprofessional, their bathrooms were dirty, I was told I was broke because the machines weren’t working and I wanted my money back. I do not recommend this laundry mat to anyone, It’s very dirty and the machines never work.

I do not recommend this laundromat at all, the lady in the front with the black straight here is extremely unprofessional. Not only did she accuse me of lying when the washing machine took my quarters, she did not want to give me the supervisor’s info or time that he will be here.
