Silvia's team are strong, hard cleaners, perhaps a bit too hard because several times cleaning our house there were issues:
1. first time cleaning they broke a pipe connected to our toilet and we had to have the plumber come and fix at an additional $75 cost.
2. stove was cleaned, but issue of the burners acting up (either constantly igniting or not igniting) for days after the cleaning.
Silvia is also not able to plan manage her bookings/schedule appropriately. She asks for days to confirm in the coming months, but doesn't get back to confirm those dates you select. She also doesn't send a reminder the day before or tell you when she is coming to clean the...read full review
I have known Silvia for about 20 years and she is one of the most reliable, honest, hard-working women. She has been cleaning my house for about 18 years and she and her crew always leave the place clean and fresh-smelling. I have recommended her to many friends and she has always delivered.
