Amazing company.... anytime I call they come same day, they give you honest answers and fair pricing. Their technicians have always been respectful. Our furnace flute pipe roted and filled the house with carbon monixide. Thank goodness for carbon monixide detectors, we had to evacuate for the night. I called Rich's place and they came and repaired it. It only took a quarter of the time they expected as well. They fixed a situation which could of been devestating.
