I had a wonderful experience at Braiding Empire! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and welcoming atmosphere. The salon felt warm, inviting, and very comfortable.
Gina, the owner, was incredibly friendly and professional. I reached out to her before my appointment to see if she was able to braid my hair due to my alopecia. I sent her photos prior to my appointment and she reassured me that she could do it. She made me feel at ease right away and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. First time being there , felt so comfortable and relaxed , Gina was my hairstylist, & she did so amazing! She took the time on giving me advice and caring for my hair . she made it soo beautiful I feel like a different woman! Definitely coming back & recommend all my friends to go there and get there braids done! THANKYOU!! :)
