terrible terrible experience. I went there to color my roots. First of all place wasn’t clean at all, there were hair strands everywhere. The lady (Yani) messed up my shirt and got hair dye all over it and when i pointed it out, she didn’t even apologize, and said it’s bc i was using my phone not because she didn’t cover it properly. Very disappointed.

I really liked the hairstyle and everything but the bad thing is that it hurt a lot when I used scissors and the person who was cutting my hair told me sorry but those scissors lost their edge but he told me the same thing for a long time.
