(2021)(*****)Had an flying ant problem & decided to go with Western Pest Services. Picked the 1 year home protection plan over the single existing problem because it seemed like the best decision. The serviceman (Erwin) was very professional & personable & did an excellent job. (2026)(***) Been using Western Pest on their yearly plan since 2021. After my February 2026 service I'll give the servicemen a #10 & the office a #5 due to their operating & customer communication procedures.

Contracted with Western 4 years ago when we moved into a house that was vacant for quite some time. IMAGINE the bugs/critters that had inhabited the place. Well, one call to Western and we have been extremely happy with their service and feel confident in recommending them to one and all.

10/20 update: They continue to provide great service – always on time.We started using western when we moved into our new house earlier this year. They came recommended by a friend who uses them as well. The customer service representatives are very pleasant and professional. The techs who come out are very courteous and professional.
