“Excellent Gym! Awesome equipment and friendly staff. The equipment is new and well maintained. And the staff members are actual patrons of the gym itself showing support for the same establishment they work for. Not a fan of all the high-schoolers not racking their weights back up and the lockers being beat up. But other than that, this is the best gym this side of the shore.“

“I miss this gym!!! I moved to Nashville, but I used to attend this gym. I loved the indoor track upstairs, and the myriad of activities/classes available to members. I’ve been to gyms with obnoxious trainers who basically act like you’re in their way when they are working with clients, but I’ve never had that experience with the trainers and clients at this gym. Staff is super friendly. I’d definitely recommend becoming a member. Only reason for not giving five stars, is the equipment could be fixed up faster, and the pool/locker rooms could be a bit more spruced up. Definitely better than other gyms in the are, but still not what’d you expect for the price of membership. All in all really great gym.“
