This place needs to Mark themselves as CLOSED on Google so potential customers don’t waste their time making a trip only to find them closed. No signs in the window or anything but they were clearly closed on a Saturday morning at 11 am, when Google listed them as open.

Rich and Heidi at Party Starters are the best. I call them anytime I need balloons, and even on a shorter notice they can usually accommodate. When they answer the phone it’s “Hey how are you and the family?” And everything is always done right.
