What a team!!! You could not ask for a better professionals to guide you through the process of treatment and into a life of recovery. You leave feeling like family. The campus is gorgeous and has to much to offer breathwork, music and art therapy, yoga, ariel yoga, sound baths even a cold plunge. They really went above and beyond when coming up with what sets Enlightened apart from other treatment facilities.
I completed residential treatment at Enlightened recovery and stayed connected through their aftercare program, and I genuinely believe it saved my life.
From the day I arrived, the clinical team treated me like a person, not a case. The therapists were skilled, compassionate, and used approaches that actually matched what I needed. The residential house was beautiful the program was structured but never rigid—there was real space for individual work, group process, and learning how to live differently. Everyone I met, from counselors, to techs to other clients felt like family. I am still in touch with most of the people I was in treatment with. I wish I would've done the residential phase but I am so happy with the PHP program I actually miss it! The house was just unreal and state of the art. All organic food and holistic products. Trauma therapy, ART therapy, sound healing, yoga, AERIAL YOGA!! (you have to try that) Thai Chi, poetry, music, art and so much more.
