The Cool Venue absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everything was so organized and clear that clients are not left confused or to wonder about much of anything. Once we booked, they held a zoom call giving us the rundown of how the event worked and answered all of our questions. They were very communicative and accommodating and stated in touch leading up to the event.
The pictures did not do the event space justice. Everything was pristine and classy. It was the perfect amount of space for our event without it feeling too cramped nor too spacious.

So glad we decided to go with this venue for our baby shower! The place is lovely, there was enough parking for everyone, and the attendant was helpful and professional from start to finish. Will definitely reconsider this venue for future events.
Cool Venue in Edison- We had such an amazing celebration here recently. The booking agent and the in-house assistant were friendly and very helpful. It’s a perfect space for an intimate event and the chandeliers gave out a classy, elegant ambiance to the place which was perfect for our theme. The white textured wall and elegant chandeliers continues over to the VIP lounge which gave us extra room for the food set up. My only wish is for management to be a little flexible and allow for more than 1.5hrs set-up w/o adding additional fee (esp if venue has no other bookings for the day) but its business. Overall, we had an excellent experience here. Thank you Cool Venue!
