I've been going to Dr Freeman for 25 years he was always a good doctor they sent me to Dr Hamer Don't ever go to her she cut me off my meds they know I have chronic pain I've had 12 back operations two neck operations hand knee and shoulder operations I suffer from chronic pain every day of my life and the one time I went to see Hamer she told me if I don't go on Suboxone they're not going to treat me anymore I've been on the same meds for 20 years I'm fine I could function a little bit with them I'm not in constant pain they know there's nothing else they could do for me shot wise or anything so they discontinue my treatment... read full review

Good Doctor. Awful staff. If they communicate at all, it's rude. Staff never contacts you back no matter how many times you try. Keep being put on hold, I leave voicemails, even text throu the portal...nothing! I was not given any options on where to go for testing. They chose for me without asking. They chose locations for me at least an hour away on the other side of the state. Called health insurance, they said it is the doctor's office discretion. This doctor's office will make me miss a full day of work! If I knew this, I would have chosen differently. If you are in pain and need help, good luck getting any attention here.

I am so glad I am not their patient - I called them to ask 2 simple questions 1) If they do the PRP treatment under guided ultrasound and 2) what is the out-of-pocket expense per injection (obviously no one can administer more than one at a time) and the receptionist was beyond RUDE and feisty repeating like a parrot that I have to come in first for a consult - and for that too could happen after 3 weeks - I explained 3 times about how severe of pain I was in and wanted to finalize a provider asap and am shopping for someone economical BUT she just wouldn't have it - Forget empathy or concern (BTW I could hear the Dr murmuring in the background - It was just pathetic... read full review
