A little late, but I still want to write another review for these guys. I blew a tire on the highway. I barely made it to the side of the road. I was scared and confused, it was late evening and cold. I called these guys. I couldn't even explain where exactly I was. I was just scared and I was in danger. They immediately rushed over to me. The driver was constantly in touch with me and reassured me. When he arrived, he transferred me to a tow truck and loaded my car onto the tow truck. Then he took me to their service. I had a great experience with Mandy’s. They came to tow my car after an accident, and the gentleman who came to get it was so kind. He offered me a bottle of water and asked if I was alright. The customer service from there on out was also excellent, and they stayed in constant communication with me about my car as we resolved things with insurance. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind, and that they were making sure I had the best experience possible given the situation. Thankful I got to work with them!!Service: Car towing

Despite some negative reviews on here, Mandy’s has very great guys on their team as they are accommodating, polite and very professional. They make you a priority and care about your safety just as much as their own, especially in certain locations like where we were which was on a very busy, dangerous highway. I had a great experience with them and will definitely be calling them for help again if I need it!
