Ken’s just fixed a long time issue we’ve been having. The technician was professional, and friendly. Diagnosed and fixed a problem in a timely fashion. I would 100% recommend them and will be using Ken’s for future repairs.
Last night at 8 pm we had a major plumbing emergency. The basement toilet was not working and we were afraid to flush the other 2 toilets in the house. What to do? We called the wonderful folks at Ken’s Pumbing in Edison, NJ and Heather said, “We’ll be right out!” Two-plus hours later, she and Ryan had snaked out the two clogged pipes with their prodigious equipment and know-how and our toilets were ready for action again. It was impressive and oh, such a relief! Thank you for saving us! We are so grateful to you!
My toilet had a serious traffic jam. Ken’s sent a young lady plumber (forgot to ask her name) and a guy, both of them were very professional and nice. Got the job done in an very efficient manner.
