He visited my home twice before work started and told me exactly what to expect from my particular floor condition. They also worked hard to fix my wavy floors. His crew was very professional, experienced and courteous. Prepped the space well and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend! In fact the floor speaks for themselves.

Raymond is very knowledgeable and communicative. His crew, led by Gabriel, is very fast. After the work I found a minor imperfection and asked for a solution, and Raymond sent Gabriel to redo the entire room. Another merit is that Raymond always explains the scope of work, including limitations ahead of time to align the customer's expectation with reality, so customers get a clear picture of different options in terms of spending and outcome. There is no issue of overpromise and underdeliver.
