In December 2023 I had an HVAC system installed by Elite Air that went out of business immediately after the installation. Warranty, etc. was turned over to A. J. Perri. When I thought my humidifier wasn't working, I called A. J. Perri and the technician came and told me I had to spend over $700+. I wanted to speak to the Manager because the humidifier wasn't even two years since installation. I then called Edison Heating & Cooling. Best decision I made. The technician John from Edison was professional and found that what A. J. Perri tech told me was incorrect and that the problem was the water wasn't turned on. I highly recommend Edison. They are very reputable.
We had such an incredible experience with Edison Heating & Cooling from start to finish! RJ was absolutely amazing during the sales and ordering process – he took the time to thoroughly inspect our units, explain everything clearly, and recommend the perfect AC/furnace systems for our home. His patience was phenomenal. As a full-time working family with two little ones, we truly appreciated how seamless he made the entire process. He even had our installation scheduled with an impressively quick turnaround time! When installation day came, Rob and Lukas arrived right on time and were so kind, courteous and professional. They walked us through their work in detail before leaving, answered every question we had, and made sure everything was perfect. They left the entire area spotless. Honestly, probably cleaner than it was before they arrived! We couldn’t be happier with the service, quality, and care from Edison Heating & Cooling. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and friendly team!
