The masseuses will remove the knots in your shoulders, sooth the lower back and hamstrings and calf muscles. I like to visit after I work out at the gym. I have seen several of the staff and they all are good at massage. I definitely recommend the Apex Health Center.

With so many massage locations to choose from, it's easy to experience a full range; from lackluster to superlative. Garden Day leans more towards superlative. A friendly attitude, or the lack thereof, can make or break the experience. From the greeting and throughout the muscle work, these ladies know what they are doing. For example, I had a tough spot on my spine in need of a good adjustment. I hit three other quality spas before coming here and only then did Nancy set me straight. Based on the experience of a friend, I requested the hot oil. Definitely my go to spot moving forward.

Was on my way to another spa in the area and looked to arrive early and was driving by what used to APEX. The big giant sign said APEX Health Center now reads: GARDEN DAY SPA. Same phone number same big green sign. I decided to stop in and see how much if anything had changed. If nothing else I saw this as an opportunity to meet and greet. I mean I was on my way to another spa so I had a built in excuse for a quick exit. And, to be honest, as Apex used to be one of the better spas, I really wasn't expecting too much. Especially since I would be comparing what once was to what is. Never a good thing, but it can't be helped. Foyer about the same, small fridge is not near the entrance, it's against the far wall. Probably to make it a little more difficult for exiting customers to pick up a drink on their way out. Rang the bell and was greeted by Nancy. We engaged in the usual conversation. I told her I used to frequent this spa on a weekly basis and she asked where I had been these past few months. Then she said something very interesting. I asked to see who else worked here and she called to YiWa. The three of talked for a little while and then I realized I needed to be on my why to my other appointment. But, for some unknown reason I told Nancy I would stay. I called the other spa and told them I needed to move my appointment back an hour. Looking back, the reason I decided to stay and push another appointment back, was because of something Nancy said. It reminded me of another time I stopped in a spa just to check it out, and she masseuse said the same thing. I stayed and it turned out very good. So, that's what did it. Nancy is without a doubt one of the best out there! I asked her if she knew how to do back walking and she said she did. She did a good job, no question about it. This walking on back was with a towel draped over by back. She climbed down and used her hands and forearms to massage my upper back and shoulders. I asked if she knew how to do a walking on back with oil. She said yes and asked if I sound like her to use oil while she walks on my back. Yes, indeed I would. She was amazing. It has been a very long time since I had such a good oil back walk. Fantastic. I've already planned my next visit. She even had a heated oil dispenser. Having warm oil applied to my back was very nice. Much nicer than cold oil that's for sure. Good experiences and memories of the previous crew led me to stop in and a fantastic experience with the new crew has me returning. 5 bright shining stars for Nancy.
