Excellent facility, and everything was great from beginning to end. The entrance was a little bit complicated because you have to go in and take off your shoes first. That inconvenience quickly became a benefit because the entire place is spotless locker for the shoes and then the locker for your personal belongings is the same wristband and that is very clever.we try the food at the cafeteria and surprisingly it was excellent. The soba salad was great, the pizza was fresh with nice cheese, and the taco Ramen was very very good. Overall definitely recommend.

Out of this world spa experience like no other. Clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. It’s hard to pick a favorite part of the visit, everything from the saunas to the heated pools is amazing. The food is top notch. The services are absolutely worth it. We got a couples massage with Josh and Marlene, our friends got a Korean scrub and prenatal massage. We will be back!

Beautiful Maze of a spa, settled on a waterfront road near many convenient shops right across the GWB. 7 floors of goodness, main amenities include an array of saunas from infrared, red clay, frozen, and then the carbon rich, silkie, hydrotherapy baths, hinoki baths... very beautiful set up around the building. Security and very helpful staff on each floor....Beautiful Cafe on the 5th floor, the 7th floor lounge makes the best hazelnut maple lattes you will ever taste! My Reservation was for 9am... it started to get alittle overcrowded after 2pm..the views are more beautiful in person than they are online! This place has only vallet parking service out front, so be prepared...read full review
