PromptMD Urgent Care Center Edgewater - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Very polite and very helpful. Short time waiting in waiting room or in examination office. Also very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. Highly recommend this office and the Fort Lee office which I previously used when my son was ill.

I was visiting from out of town and had stomach issues. My friend took me in and I was promptly attended to by front desk staff, the nurse and the doctor. I was very grateful for the attention and top notch care provided by everyone. Not to mention putting my mind at ease as well as diet advice and tips. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and easy to talk to which is also comforting.

Went to PromptMD to have my hand checked after a fall. I went to the normal ER and waited over an hour only to be told they still didn’t have anyone available. I went to CityMD but they didn’t have an x-ray tech on site that day. My third stop was PromptMD. I completed the basic on line registration. The doctor saw me within 10 minutes. The x-ray tech took the x-ray scans immediately. Results were available within a few more minutes. Everything took less than 30 minutes! The doctor and staff were very professional. And, luckily neither my hand nor wrist is broken. I would recommend this urgent care location.
