I had some really bad lazor experiences in the past long ago at different facilities (not related too Laser Away) I decided to give it another shot at Laser Away in Edgewater and the first appointment went great! Painless and everything! The nurse Tracey was super nice. I LOVED HER! And then Efiah at the front is Awesome too.. I spent an hour talking about my concerns and she made me feel comfortable to starting my maintenance up again. Would definitely recommend 👌

Had an absolutely wonderful appointment at the Edgewater location. The receptionist, Swan, was super helpful, friendly and informative. Maria did my laser tattoo removal treatment and was also very friendly and professional. She increased intensity to a level that was both comfortable and more effective than my previous sessions. All in all I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I actually drive an hour to go to the Edgewater location, even though there are many closer locations, because I always receive such great service with a smile when I come here. I had an excellent experience at LaserAway! The service was outstanding, and Swan provided amazing assistance throughout my visit. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
