Animal Paradise Hospital is highly praised for its outstanding service and compassionate care for pets. Recent reviews highlight the ease of making appointments and minimal wait times. Many clients appreciate the gentle approach of the doctors and staff, especially during check-ups and medical procedures. One reviewer shared a positive experience with a doctor who was patient and thorough in explaining everything, while another expressed gratitude for the kindness shown during a difficult time of losing a beloved pet. Despite a mixed experience with a different doctor being rough, the overall sentiment is one of appreciation for the attentive care received. The hospital's thoughtful gestures, such as sending a card with a pet's paw prints after passing, have left a lasting impact on families, showcasing their commitment to treating pets as family members. The staff is recognized for their professionalism and compassion, especially during emotional moments like saying goodbye to a pet. The team is also accommodating, fitting in last-minute appointments for travel certificates, vaccines, or emergency surgeries, and taking the time to explain procedures thoroughly. Overall, Animal Paradise Hospital is known for its excellent veterinary services and supportive approach during both routine visits and more challenging moments.
I can’t recommend Animal Paradise enough. The medical care is fantastic, but what really sets them apart is their follow-up. They actually check in to see how my Cooper is doing after a visit, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find a team that is this proactive and truly cares about their patients' recovery!
The staff at Animal Paradise ,are the most professional staff. Unfortunately I had to put my big guy of 9.1 lbs to sleep. Bruce was the greatest little guy with a big heart.13 yes old and still feisty. But I stayed with my big guy and the staff was so compassionate. Thank you Animal Paradise Hospital Cliffside Park NJ
Wonderful Vet hospital. We called last minute for an appointment because we needed updated travel certificates and vaccines for our cat. They fit us in same day. Staff at the desk was wonderful as well as doctors and all the techs. Everyone here was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this hospital.
