Dr. Srour was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the way, and kept open communication throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable.
The follow up report was thorough and provided all of the information from the visit. Further, Dr. Srour followed up with me a few times to ensure I was feeling well, and followed up with information we discussed at the appointment.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Srour. With something as important as hearing, it is so important to go to a doctor that is thorough and actually cares, and takes the time to prevent pain and discomfort.

What an amazing and satisfying experience! Dr. Srour gave me care above and beyond my expectations. First she listened and asked all the right questions. Then she cleaned my ears and explained everything she was doing in the process. She checked my hearing and made suggestions that were so appropriate for my age and current state of health. she looked at me as well as inside my ears. She gave me quality time and attention...so rare these days. She even makes house calls! She deserves an A++.
